Acceptable Use Policy

1. Rights to uploaded content

You may upload only images that you own or are authorized to process. You may not use img2layers to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

2. Prohibited content and activity

You may not upload, request, generate, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence;
• contains or promotes pornography, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive exploitation;
• sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or depicts the abuse of minors;
• is used for face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, identity fraud, or deceptive manipulation of a real person;
• violates intellectual-property, privacy, biometric, or publicity rights;
• contains malware or is intended to compromise systems, accounts, or security controls; or
• facilitates regulated, sanctioned, or prohibited transactions or activity.

3. Abuse of the service

You may not bypass credit, rate, safety, or access controls; probe for vulnerabilities; overload the service; scrape or automate access without written permission; resell or share account access; or interfere with another user.

4. Enforcement

We may block content, restore or withhold credits, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect others, or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination without refund where legally permitted.

5. Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse to support@img2layers.com and include enough detail for us to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
