Refund Policy
We want billing issues and genuine service failures to be resolved quickly and fairly.

Email support@img2layers.com with your account email, transaction details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within three business days. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
2. Credit packs
You may request a refund for a credit-pack purchase within 14 days if none of the purchased credits have been used. Once any credits from that pack have been consumed, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, verified technical failures, or rights required by applicable law.
3. Initial subscription purchases
You may request a refund within 14 days of an initial subscription purchase if no subscription credits have been used. If credits have been consumed, the payment is generally non-refundable unless the service failed to deliver the purchased functionality or applicable law requires a refund.
4. Subscription renewals
You may request review of an unintended renewal within three calendar days of the renewal charge, provided no credits from the renewed period have been used. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
5. Service failures and billing errors
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or a documented failure that consumed credits without delivering usable output may qualify for a refund or credit restoration after review. Results that are technically delivered but do not match a subjective creative preference are not automatically eligible because AI output can vary.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. Creem may also process refunds or disputes when required by its policies, payment partners, or applicable law.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude or limit refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.
